General Meeting Services
Location
All educaiton sessions and workshops will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Most evening social activities will be at the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel.
Accessibility for Registrants with Disabilities
The meeting staff will work with attendees to provide reasonable accommodations for those who require special needs. To request assistance on-site, please send and email to kprzybylski@acnm.org and we will contact you to determine what services can be provided.
Cameras, Recording Devices, and Cell Phones
Please refrain from using cameras, recorders, and/or cell phones during education sessions and workshops. Limited use is allowed for exhibitors in their own booth area. Personal photography is allowed at social functions.
Child Care
Please be advised that children under 6 months of age are allowed into business meetings, education sessions, and workshops, as long as they are quiet. Pages are instructed to ask parents with disruptive children to leave. Due to space limitations, no children over 6 months of age are permitted in business meetings, education sessions, or workshops. Due to fire marshal regulations, strollers are prohibited in meeting rooms and exhibit areas. Strollers may be parked in designated areas outside meeting rooms and the Exhibit Hall.
Information Desk
The Information Desk is your one shop stop for questions and answers. Hours of operation will be posted in 2011.
Internet and Wireless
Wireless Internet is complimentary in the public areas of the Marriott Rivercenter and Riverwalk hotels.
Liquor Regulations
Due to local laws, identification may be required to purchase or drink alcoholic beverages. Please have proper identification with you at any function where alcohol is served.

Parking
On-site parking is available at the Marriott Rivercenter and Riverwalk hotels for a fee of $6.00 per hour or $25.00 daily. You may valet your car daily for a fee of $33.00 per day as well.

This private room is available for nursing mothers.
Personal Security & Responsibility
Your safety and security is important. Please remember the following general safety points during your stay in San Antonio.
* Only answer your hotel room door when you can identify the person.
* Do not wear your meeting badge outside Annual Meeting functions or on the street.
* Walk in groups when outside the hotel.
* Always let someone know where you are going when you leave the hotel.
Refreshments
Refreshment breaks will be available each day between the sessions as well as during the workshops to quench your thirst.
Speaker Ready Room/Program Committee Office
This room is designated for Annual Meeting speakers to prepare presentation slides and notes. Technicians will be available to assist in the preparation of your materials and to answer questions regarding the operation of audio visual equipment.
