Important Information for All Presenters
Housing for the ACNM Annual Meeting is at the Marriott River Center and Marriott River Walk. The Marriott River Walk has sold outof rooms. The Marriott River Center has many rooms available starting with check in on May 25 for the duration on our Meeting. There is limited availability for check in on May 24 and currently no availability on May 23. With this in mind, ACNM will reimburse any speaker who is not able to get a room at the Rivercenter hotel for Monday, May 23 at a single room rate of $169 which is the contracted group rate at the Rivercenter and Riverwalk. Rooms are currently available for the rest of the meeting days. If you find you must book an alternate hotel for the beginning of the meeting, we hope that you will move back to the Marriott River Center for the balance of your stay. Reimbursements for a room night requires an ACNM expense report to be completed and a copy the hotel bill with the speakers name. The expense report is available here and should be submitted to Kathy Przybylski at kprzybylski@acnm.org no later than June 1, 2011. Reports submitted after this date may not be reimbursed.

- Every presenter should review
- Session information, announcements, and updates will only be sent to the primary/submitting author for each specific session or workshop.
- If you are NOT the primary or submitting author, please communicate with that person for requirements.
- All presenters must register for the meeting.
